FAQs

What is a Curriculum Vitae or résumé?

  • A curriculum vitae [Latin for the course or race of life; plural = curricula vitae], or CV for short, is a professional statement or résumé of whom you are.

  • A curriculum vitae should be updated at least TWICE per year or whenever any significant change is registered in your professional life.

  • Your CV should be uploaded with your basic details as a translator. It should not be more than 3 pages long. Long CVs are not read.

  • Look at InfoMarex's home webpage and click on Resources which gives an example of a CV's best contents.
