  • top  063  Why is my name not showing for clients who are searching for my language pairs?

  • You may not have sent us your CV / résumé or you may have have clicked "No" [in the "Available for Work"] box in your database entry. Please check your entry.

  • top  064  Are my data and CV /résumé confidential when sent to InfoMarex?

  • Yes. Absolutely. Your data and CV are totally confidential to InfoMarex and are NEVER revealed to any third party.

  • Your CV /résumé received in MS Word .doc or .rtf or Adobe .pdf formats is indexed internally by our systems under some 70+ headings.

  • Your basic data in InfoMarex's database are updatable at any time by yourself and are used for our own internal projects.

  • Only your name, language pairs and country are visible to our clients for contact by eMail alone.

  • top  065  Can my firm be an Agency and a client at the same time on the InfoMarex database?

  • If your firm wishes to act as an "agency" for all its translators, it registers as an "Agency - New".
  • When contacted by any client, your firm will handle the job and settle with its own or other translators employed.

  • If your firm's translators register as individuals, no problem. Clients or ourselves contacting them will make our own deal with your translators.

  • If your firm wishes to search the InfoMarex database for translators, it must register as a client, and then search away.

  • As a client, your firm will now deal directly with the translator and NOT with InfoMarex.

  • Our translator "guarantee" is that all have 2 years' professional experience and we have the translator's CV on file to confirm this.

  • top  066  Why can I not write in the Notes column on the screen?

  • The Notes column is merely InfoMarex's attempt to give friendly advice.

  • It is not for use by the website user.

  • top  067  What is my username and password? Help me!
